HOW IT WORKS

PREPARE YOUR HEART

Before diving in, you'll start by using the prompts and space provided to take note of where you are as you start, pray, set your intentions, and write down any hopes or expectations you have for the road ahead.

ANSWER 3 PROMPTS PER DAY

Every day for 90 days, either before bed or each morning before starting a new day, you'll answer 3 prompts: 1) What's a win from today? 2) What's a lesson from today? 3) What's a goal I have for tomorrow?

CHECK IN ALONG THE WAY

After each set of 30 days, you'll have a chance to look back on the last month and write down how you've grown, what you're grateful for, and more. Then, you'll answer a few prompts to prepare for the upcoming 30 days.

CELEBRATE YOUR PROGRESS

Once you complete the journey, you'll have a chance to reflect and celebrate how far you've come in just 90 days. Then, you can look forward and consider how you'll carry all that you've experienced with you into the future.

BEHIND THE JOURNAL

The Own Your Everyday: 90 Days of Victory journal was inspired by own journey through a season that left me feeling stuck, unmotivated, and directionless.

Eventually, I began focusing on small steps forward I could take each day, and I got in the habit of writing down what those steps were at the end of the day in the notes section of my phone. These small steps felt like "wins" in a season that left me feeling like I was stuck in a losing game.

After a few months, I was dreaming, leading, and believing again. One day, my husband leaned over and said, "Wow, J, just a few months ago, you were in such a different place. It's amazing to see how far you've come in just 90 days." That comment stopped me in my tracks. It proved that there was power in tracking small wins and, as a result, living from a position of victory (even when you feel knocked down).

So whether you are feeling stuck or simply want to pursue your goals more intentionally, this journal is designed to help move you forward in the direction you hope to go.

My hope, is that after 90 days, you'll look back and say, "Wow, look how far I've come!"

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT FROM OTHER JOURNALS?

This kind of resource is something Jordan looked for and was never able to find (so she created it!). It seems as though our options are either generic journals with pretty covers and mostly blank pages (what's a gal to write?!) or guided journals that are too much to keep up with and just take too much time every day. This journal is designed to be something consistent and intentional but also quick and easy so that you can stick with it. It's based on a simple but unique practice Jordan created that makes it feel like a gratitude journal and goal progress tracker all in one. It is simultaneously simple, easy to use, and effective. There is truly nothing else on the market like it.

ARE THE DATES ON THE PAGES OR CAN I USE IT FOR ANY 90 DAY PERIOD?

The dates are not written in and you can use it for any 90 day period that fits you best. However, we recommend trying to do it quarterly and follow along with our community on social media to help keep you going.

WHAT AGE IS THIS BEST FOR? HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE WITH THE COMMUNITY?

While it can work well at any age, we recommend it for women and girls 16+. DOES IT GO ALONG WITH THE OWN YOUR EVERYDAY BOOK, OR IS IT SEPARATE?

The journal certainly complements the book well but they do not need to be done together or at the same time.

IS THIS A DEVOTIONAL OR FAITH-BASED JOURNAL?

Jordan's response to this question is, "I would say everything I do is technically faith-based because Christ is my foundation, and therefore every project I create stands on that foundation. Additionally, the idea of standing in victory (as opposed to getting stuck in a victim mentality) is inspired by 1 Corinthians 15:57, "He gives us victory through Christ." That said, this journal is not a devotional or heavily faith-focused. It is a tool in your daily life you can use whether or not to share my faith."

IS THIS A GOOD GIFT TO SEND A FRIEND WHO IS WALKING THROUGH A HARD TIME OR IS IT ONLY A GOAL-SETTING JOURNAL?

Both! This journal was born out of Jordan's season of grief, and is a super powerful, grace-based resource for anyone trying to take tiny steps forward in their life. However, the way it's structured is also perfect for those in a lighter season who simply want to take small steps toward a big goal (such as paying off student loans, training for a 5k, etc.).
